By using AquaHarmony ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AquaHarmony helps reef aquarium owners track tanks, water chemistry, livestock compatibility, and species information. The Service is provided "as is."
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account.
AquaHarmony offers a free tier with limited features and paid Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually at a discount. Pricing is shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase.
We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, your selected payment method is charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments are processed securely by Dodo. All fees are in US dollars. By purchasing a subscription you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.In exceptional circumstances, store credit may be offered at AquaHarmony's sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice delivered by email. Changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
You retain ownership of all data you add to AquaHarmony, including tank information, livestock records, and water chemistry parameters. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: using the Service for illegal purposes, attempting to access other users' accounts, and attempting to manipulate compatibility scores or species data.
AquaHarmony provides compatibility scores as a recommendation tool to help you make informed decisions. These scores are recommendations only and do not guarantee fish compatibility in your specific tank. Always research species compatibility independently. AquaHarmony is not responsible for livestock loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AquaHarmony is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaHarmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
